Respected folk singer of India, Bihar Kokila was another name of Sharda Sinha. She died of multiple myeloma in New Delhi on 5 Nov 2024, 11:30 PM IST. She was 72 years old. Since 2017, Sinha was suffering from multiple myeloma, however, she was under the bed for several months under treatment from her physician. In her last days, she was at AIIMS. It was only her first day of Chhath Puja.
